Name of Biosensors (BioProbes)
Biosensors/Bioprobes Description
GM-Probe-AAVsensor-12
AAV-Membrane voltage (membrane potential) biosensor (VSFP)
VSFP(voltagesensitive fluorescent protein) Butterfly fluorescent protein can accurately reflect the polarization, depolarization and other membrane potential changes of excitatory cells such as cardiomyocytes and neurons
GM-Probe-AAVsensor-13
AAV-High glucose concentration biosensor (Hglu)
FLIPglu fluorescent protein can specifically and efficiently reflect the changes of glucose concentration in living cells, so as to reflect the influence of external factors on intracellular metabolism in real time. It can be used to study intracellular glucose metabolism rate and transmembrane transport rate.
GM-Probe-AAVsensor-14
AAV-Low glucose concentration biosensor (Lglu)
FLIPglu fluorescent protein can specifically and efficiently reflect the changes of glucose concentration in living cells, so as to reflect the influence of external factors on intracellular metabolism in real time. It can be used to study intracellular glucose metabolism rate and transmembrane transport rate.
GM-Probe-AAVsensor-15
AAV-lysosome indicator (Lamp1-RFP fusion protein)
Lamp1(lysosome associated membrane protein 1) is fused to RFP. Used for localization to the lysosome.
GM-Probe-AAVsensor-16
AAV-Mg2+ biosensor (Mag6)
Mag6(Mag FRET fluorescence protein) can specifically and efficiently reflect the change of intracellular free Mg2+ concentration. Mg2+ is an important ion to maintain the stability of ATP and a catalyst for many proteins in cells to maintain enzyme activity. It regulates a lot of signal transduction processes.
GM-Probe-AAVsensor-17
AAV-ATP biosensor (ATeam1.03)
ATeam1.03, a FRET-based ATP Fluorescent Biosensor, is an Adenosine 5-Triphosphate indicator based on Epsilon subunit for Analytical Measurements
GM-Probe-AAVsensor-18
AAV-mitochondrial autophagy indicator (mt-mKeima)
Monomeric Keima (mKeima), a coral-derived acid-stable fluorescent protein that emits different-colored signals at acidic and neutral pHs. The mitochondrial mKeima(mt-mKeima) can be shown to enter the lysosome mitochondria through the autophagy pathway, so as to directly reflect the degree of mitochondrial autophagy.
GM-Probe-AAVsensor-19
AAV-Mito (mitochondrial)indicator (DsRed reporter)
The mitochondrial targeting sequence from subunit VIII of human cytochrome c oxidase (Mito) is fused to the 5'-end of DsRed,which is designed for fluorescent labeling of mitochondria.

Note: mTurquoise is a monomeric cyan fluorescent protein with an excitation peak of 434nm and an emission peak of 474nm. It is an artificial derivative of the naturally occurring fluorescent protein encoded by the Aequorea victoria GFP gene (UniProtKB:P42212), derived by mutagenesis of SCFP3A, and is characterized by a long fluorescence lifetime (3.7ns) and a high quantum yield (0.84) (PMID:20081836). It contains the mutation T65S relative to SCFP3A (PMID:20081836), which itself contains the mutations F64L, S65T, Y66W, S72A, N146I, H148D, M153T, V163A, S175G and A206K relative to the wild-type GFP sequence (PMID:14990965).
