AAV2 Rep-Cap plasmid (serotype 2-specific AAV RC2 plasmids)

GeneMedi’s AAV2 Rep-Cap plasmid (serotype 2-specific AAV RC plasmid), also named AAV2-RC plasmid, or AAV-RC2 plasmid, is part of AAV2 packaging system. AAV2 Rep-Cap plamid supplies the AAV2 Rep(replication) proteins and the AAV2 capsid protein.

You can produce AAV2 paticle in 293T cell line in high titer using GeneMedi’s AAV2 Rep-Cap plasmid with GeneMedi’s AAV expression vector (overexpression or shRNA) and AAV helper plasmid.

Infection site: Subcutaneous transplant of bowel cancer cells
